Cancellation Policy

This service includes, Hairline plucking, Bleaching of knots, Full installation, Customized hairline design. All styling included, cutting, curling, straightening, crimping, and overall styling. Drop off 3-5 days prior to your appointment. All appointments are subject to a £20 deposit before booking. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment in cash or bank transfer Deposits are non- refundable. IF you choose to reschedule or cancel a 3 day notice is needed and your deposit will not be refunded. HD Lace is required for a seamless install, we do not work with transparent and bad lace as this will affect the overall install. We will not work with bad quality hair nor bad quality lace, to avoid any possible errors To achieve best results it is advised to purchase hair from us.
