For uk customers, you are able to return unsuitable items within 14 days of receipt.

For all customers international customers,  please return unsuitable items within 28 days of receiving your parcels.

IF there is any sign of wearing the item no exchange or refund will be issue.

​

Please note , we cannot offer  refunds on beauty, pierced, jewellery or on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken. 

​

for any exchange or refund on hair, the hair must not be open, worn or tampered with.

​

be aware that over bleaching the nut and a bad hair treatment can damage your hair, we are happy to help once for any of these after a purchase.

Deliveries

All uk delivery take approx  2-3 WORKING DAY.

FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY ORDERS HAS to BE PLACED BEFORE 3PM on week days.

 

we don't offer  next day delivery on international orders. 

​

bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on the days will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered to the customer the following day.
